An exciting program to provide 3 & 4-year-olds the opportunity to
develop large motor skills and learn about sports. Each sport will
focus on skill development, fundamentals, and good sportsmanship
through interactive games and drills. One reciprocal teammate
request will be honored when teams are formed. Chan Rec Center
participants will receive a Chan Rec Center sports t-shirt.
Note: Children must be out of diapers to participate.
A fun workout program designed for the active 55+ adult who exercises
with few limitations. The class uses various strengths, cardio
and balance moves to help you stay active, live a healthy lifestyle,
and feel young at heart. Guaranteed to start your day with a smile.
$5 Drop-ins as capacity allows
Fast-paced and fun-filled program designed for young dancers ages
3-5. We will stretch, do light tumbling, learn basic ballet techniques
and gross motor skills! No classes: MEA Thursday/Saturday Oct. 14 & 16.
This is a combo class that includes ballet and tap techniques,
basic rhythm and tap choreography, and the foundation of ballet. Ages 5-7. No classes: MEA Thursday/Saturday Oct. 14 & 16.
A fun-filled, 5-week program designed for 5 & 6-year-olds. Skilled
Chan Rec Center staff and volunteer parent coaches will lead
participants in drills and help with gameplay. The focus is on
fundamental skill development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
All participants will receive a Chan Rec Center Sports t-shirt along
with a medal and certificate on the last day. Will be played outdoors if weather permits. Ages 5 & 6.
Join us for a paddle adventure from June-August! Club members
meet each week at a new lake in Carver Co. for a new exciting
adventure! Participants rotate between stand-up paddleboarding,
canoeing, and kayaking around beautiful Carver Co. waterways. No
experience or personal equipment needed! Once off the water, enjoy
the social atmosphere with club reservations to local restaurants.
This program is offered in partnership with Carver
County Parks and the Cities of Chanhassen & Victoria.
18+ • Max: 8 • $100/per person club registration ( *does not include post-paddle grub)
Space is limited, register early! • Note: if the register club member is not available to attend,

This class provides students with the opportunity to learn basic jazz
techniques with upbeat music. Footwork and floor work sequences
taught along with leaps and turns. Ages 6-9.
Meet together with others who enjoy music as much as you do! Choir members are invited to gather in the Senior Center for singling, idea sharing and camaraderie. Advanced registration is required by calling Candice at 952.445.2724.
