Powers Blvd/Lake Lucy Rd Pedestrian Crossing Update

This week: Class five will be graded and toleranced as the contractor preps for paving.  Backfilling curb and gutter will also take place, and the electrical contractor will be installing the concrete foundation for the mast arm. 
Next week: Bituminous paving, guard rail installation and restoration behind the curb, will all take place on the west side of the project. The trail on the east side of the project will be patched in with bituminous as well.
