SeeClickFix now available for Chanhassen residents to report issues or submit inquiries

City of Chanhassen has launched SeeClickFix – a new reporting tool that allows residents to more efficiently connect with the city.

Residents can submit inquiries and alert the city to issues such as potholes, code enforcement, snow removal, playground issues, street signs, and more. Users of SeeClickFix can track progress and follow up with city staff, if needed.

Users can create an account or submit issues as a guest. However, creating an account is encouraged as it allows the city to report the status of the issue to the resident.

SeeClickFix also integrates with the city’s asset management software, Cartegraph. This integration will provide better insight into workload and trends in the city for staff and policymakers to make data driven decisions.

Streamlining Requests
For residents, SeeClickFix is an all-hours, single access point for many issues and inquiries. Residents can be assured their request is efficiently and quickly directed to the appropriate department and staff person, all with a click of a button.

“SeeClickFix allows residents to submit requests and does all the work for you,” said City Manager, Laurie Hokkanen. “The city’s Strategic Plan identifies improving communications and understanding of city operations as a priority. SeeClickFix is an example of those efforts – the mobile and online tool will simplify the process for requesting services and improve communication between the city and residents.”

To access SeeClickFix, visit the city’s webpage or download the free SeeClickFix app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
