Summary

The City Code currently restricts the outdoor storage of watercraft and their trailers to the rear or side yards of residential property. The City is considering amending the City Code to permit the seasonal storage of one watercraft trailer and associated watercraft in the driveway of residential properties. As proposed, this storage would only be permitted from April 1st to October 1st and any stored item would need to be outside the public right-of-way. This proposal would only apply to watercraft and watercraft trailers. The City's outdoor storage regulations for other items would not be impacted.
