2021 City Pavement Rehabilitation Project

Tomorrow there is a Road Closure scheduled at Pleasant View Rd and Timber Hill Rd from 8am to 10am.
Tree removal will be occurring during this time. Please use alternate access from 8am to 10am.
Lake Lucy Road Area & Redwing Lane Area: These two project areas will be wrapping up with landscaping and remaining punch list items being completed over the next couple of weeks. Traffic control signs will also be removed from these areas.
Choctaw Circle Area: Landscaping, seeding, and work on punch list items tentatively scheduled for later this week.
Trapper Pass Phase 1: Removal of the curb began today and is ongoing. Curb replacement is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, August 4th and will be ongoing for a few days. Construction operations are ongoing consisting of work on the water main, storm sewer, and drain tile.
Trapper Pass Phase 2: Construction operations started late last week and are ongoing consisting of work on the water main, storm sewer, and drain tile.
This project is divided into six neighborhood areas. Trappers Pass is the largest area and will be divided into two construction phases.
Here are the Estimated Construction Dates for Each Area:

Substantial completion is expected by November 2021. Stormwater pond clean-out work will occur in the Trapper's Pass area during the winter of 2021/2022. Final restoration is planned during the spring of 2022.
