    Experience the ultimate in skiing instruc­tion from beginners to experts! At seven local snowsport areas, our top quality adult instructors will teach you to improve your skiing on groomed runs and terrain parks. You provide your own food and gear (season-long discounts and rentals are avail­able), we provide the rest! Make new friends with your same two instructors and group of six friends all day each week on exciting terrain. NOTE: K -1st grade is SKI ONLY.

  2. Fit for Life - Session 2

  6. Tae Kwon Do Adult Beginner/Intermediate

    Make those resolutions at reality! Are you looking for a rewarding way to enhance your everyday life? Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that will work out your body and your mind and spirit. Our classes combine a great aerobic workout with practical self-defense, all while sharing the rich cultural history Tae Kwon Do has to offer. As part of the American Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do Association, we have a strong focus on proper technique and ensuring our students earn each rank they obtain. Our Nationally certified instructors include 5th degree Jr. Masters, Taylor Penderson and Jeanny Doan, and 4th degree Master, Travis Ott. This course is for participants of all skill levels. Beginners should wear loose-fitting clothes (no jeans) to class. Ages 16+. Red/Brown/Black Belts continue from 8 - 8:30pm. No classes January 18. Registration deadline: Dec. 31.

This class is geared for students holding yellow through green belts. Beginners should wear loose-fitting clothes (no jeans). Ages 7 - 18. Registration deadline: Dec. 31. No class January 18.

  1. Aging with Gusto in the Time of COVID

    It’s no secret: our society favors youth and shies away from aging. How we think about our aging and how we treat others as they age takes on added significance in this time of COVID. This three-session class explores how COVID affects our thoughts about aging, how to balance your quality of life with risk, and how to age with gusto in unusual circumstances. The class can be taken via Zoom from your own home, or join us in person at the Senior Center in a live zoom feed. You will leave this class with a personal aging plan, an emotional boost, and a sense of adventurous fun.
