This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling, and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, two snacks, and a water bottle. Participants receive a t-shirt, basketball, and merit award. Ages 6-12

This is an exciting class for children to learn basic self-defense and martial arts while developing coordination and flexibility. Basic kicks and punches are taught through a variety of fun games. This program involves positive peer interaction and promotes focus, discipline and respect.
