Learn lifelong skills! Looking for a rewarding way to enhance your everyday life? Work out your body, mind and spirit. Class is geared for participants of all skill levels. Beginners should wear loose-fitting clothes (no jeans). Students must be in or have completed at least 1st grade. Max: 15. No classes May 29-31 (Memorial Day weekend).
