The Mediacom line in the Marsh Drive Area has been repaired and service restored. Thank you for your patience.
Trapper Pass Phase 1: The base course paving is scheduled for today and Friday to cover the gravel in this area. Backfilling behind the curb with topsoil will also be happening tomorrow in the Staghorn and Trapline areas.
Trapper Pass Phase 2: Reclaiming is scheduled to begin Monday, September 13th and will take three to four days. The reclaiming will be followed by grading, re-compaction, and tolerancing tasks in addition to adjusting manhole castings and gate valves in preparation for paving the base course of asphalt. Work on the curbing and raising inlets will also continue.
Marsh Drive Area: Utility crews will continue with work on the water main, storm sewer and drain tile. There will be a road closure on Dakota Lane next week to facilitate the installation of two deeper storm sewer structures. The physical closure will be near the pedestrian access to Rice Marsh Lake Park. The closure is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday through Friday. All residents on Dakota Lane will have access to their property, but may need to change the direction from which they enter/exit the area.
Kurvers Point Road Area: A utility crew is starting utility work in this area today. They will begin working on gate valves in the water system and move on to the storm sewer work next week.
Lake Lucy Road Area, Redwing Lane Area and Choctaw Circle Area: These three project areas will be wrapping up with remaining punch list items being completed over the next couple of weeks.
