Meet Lee Newcomb, a local artist and senior who loves to create new, innovative art and authentic costumes. He has been busy during this COVID-19 lockdown! Lee will display his most recent works of historical Native American paintings and Civil War uniforms. He will share his methods, including creative sketching and hand stitching authentic designs from the 1800s to the present.
