We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. The workout is a “watch and follow” format, with a combination of fast and slow rhythm tone, sculpts the body by maximizing caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.
