School's back in session...get your body moving too with Tae Kwon Do! This traditional Korean martial art teaches self-confidence, discipline, self-defense, and respect for others. It is a challenging and fun way to improve endurance, flexibility, and coordination. What you learn here will help you out in all other sports and school and work. This class is geared for both beginners and those students who are continuing their training. Nationally certified instructors teach classes. Students holding orange through black belts. NOTE: Red/brown/black belts continue to 8:30 p.m. Ages 6 - 15 (Students must be in or have completed Kindergarten).
