2017 Street Rehabilitation Project (Lake Susan Hills area)

The City is proposing to rehabilitate approximately 2 miles of streets as identified by it's Pavement Management software, site investigations and reported utility problems. This year's project includes several streets located in the Lake Susan Hills area.

Project Updates

September 27, 2017 - Due to contractor delays, the schedule has been revised. Power Hill Park’s parking lot is being paved today, followed by topsoil and sod restoration work which is scheduled for Thursday-Saturday. Paving will immediate follow and is tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 2. Please note, the weather forecast for early next week includes rain, so paving may occur later in the week.

Staff apologizes for the delay. We are looking at all possible options to complete this project.

September 25, 2017
- Landscaping, sod, and driveway patching will continue. Construction of the final lift of pavement is anticipated by Friday, September 29th, weather permitting.
