Project Updates

August 10, 2017

Friday and Saturday of this week and Monday and Tuesday of next week, crews will be grading and prepping the roadbed for paving. Paving is scheduled to begin next Thursday. Dog fence and irrigation repairs may potentially begin next week and continue into the following week.

August 1, 2017

This week:  Concrete crews will be working on curb and gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian ramp installation.

Next week:  After the newly installed concrete has sufficiently cured, grading will begin in Phase II. It is anticipated that Phase II will be paved the week of August 14.

After everything is paved, draintile will be installed in both phases. Sprinkler system repairs and invisible dog fence repairs will follow. Sod installation and restoration will happen later in August or early September when weather is fairer for sod placement.
